INDIVIDUAL PASSENGERS deposits and cancellations:
To confirm a booking we request a deposit of 50% of the fare.
• The balance (50%) shall be paid 30 days before arrival date.
• In the case of bookings made between 30 days prior to guest arrival we will require 100% payment at time of booking.
Important note:
• Consider that for all purposes, whether individual or groups of passengers, the issuance of the invoice is made at time of hotel check-out.
Cancelation Policy for individual passengers
• All cancellations must be requested in writing via e-mail, indicating the passenger's name and booking number.
• The following charges are applicable according to the date of receipt of the request for cancellation:
Up to 46 days: No Charge.
45 to 31 days before arrival date - 25% of the total reservation
30 to 20 days before arrival date - 50% of the total reservation
19-0 days before arrival date - 100% of the total reservation

Can be made by credit card, in which case we will send a special form of authorization, deposit or electronic transfer into our bank account in Chilean pesos:

Policy for Deposits for Groups (from 12 passengers or 6 rooms):
- Bookings with more than 61 days prior to the event must pay 30% of total quoted by the Hotel.
(To ensure and confirm booking). 60 days prior to the arrival date, we requirean additional 20%, for a total of 50%. of the total quoted by the Hotel.
- Bookings entered with less than 60 days prior to the event must pay 50% of the total quoted

Important notes:
- All expenses related to these transactions in the country of origin, must be payed by the travel agency, or by the representative of the group, or soliciting company.
- Once the deposit has been made you must send a copy of the deposit to e- mail reservas@hangaroa.cl
- Hangaroa Eco Village & Spa reserves the right to assess the receipt of checks or purchase orders that replace them.
Total or partial cancellations of groups:
- The total may be cancelled for the event or group without penalty 90 days before check-in date and , 100% of the payment made will be reimbursed.
- To cancel the entire event or group between 90 and 60 days prior to the date of
check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the total down payment.
- Cancellations of the total or group event with 59 days or less, no payment received will be refunded.
- You can cancel without cost, individual bookings belonging to a group only up to 30 days prior to check-in. These cancellations can not exceed 10% of total reservation.
- For those cancellations exceeding 10% the full value of accommodations not used will be charged.
- No Show (if the group or any passenger ( s ) belonging to this group, do not arrive the day of check-in) a collection of the full stay based on the rate established for the event, will be claimed and deemed covered by the company.
Cancellation by 'force majeur':
All reservations will be subject to this clause, cause without responsibility, for Hangaroa Eco Village when the it is a matter of Acts of God, war, gobernamental local regulations, epidemics, natural disasters, strikes, local civil disorders, reduction or restriction of transport and any other unpredictable reason by which it will be impossible or ilegal to maintain the personnel or have the premises available for service.
